These terms and conditions apply to all sales of products and services by PAINTBALLEUROPE David Grozina s.p., Company Director David Grozina, Glavarjeva 7, 8210 Trebnje, Slovenia, to costumers.

PAYMENT

The Website prices are strictly for use in all online transactions.Online customers must register to our website to submit the order. After registration the customer has access to several advantages and can participate in all marketing actions developed by Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. Customers will also receive in their mailbox free informations about new products and events.Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p compromises to use customers personal data according to high security standards, and assures to use them strictly to submit orders and to send all newsletters about new products. Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p will occasionally use customers e-mail to notify website updates, new services and special offers. Upon registration on the website you can choose not to receive these information. All products you buy on the website shall be delivered to you by mail after confirmation of stock availability. The stock that is put on the website is only informational and not binding to Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. When you buy products on the website which are available, the delivery system will be processed according to the client's selection. If you disrespect this policy rule Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p.. will not deliver any package request.

WARRANTY

Costumer shall inspect all products immediately upon delivery and shall within 7 calendar days, give written notice to Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. of defects or any claim for damages or shortages. Costumer shall give written notice to Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. of hidden defects within 8 calendar days of delivery. If costumer fails to give any such notice the products shall be deemed accepted for all purposes of this agreement.

SHIPPMENT

The shipment is carried out after the payment of goods or services is made. In the event of Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. being rendered temporarily unable by force majeure, industrial disturbances or temporarily inability to obtain products from Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. to carry out its obligations it is agreed that the obligations of Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. shall be suspended during the continuance of any inability so caused. In the event of Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. inability to deliver products Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p is exempted from all obligations if it has notified the costumer as soon as possible regarding the inability to deliver product and refunded any corresponding payments. Shippment and packing is at costumers expense with the risk of loss or damage to pass to Customer upon delivery of Paintballeurope David Grozina s.p. to a carrier.
