Paintballeurope s.p. uses GLS for most of our shipments. If an item is out of stock it may take two to seven days to restock depending on the manufacturer's delivery to us. We will contact the customer if it will be longer than seven days until your item is shipped. Transit times will vary depending on where you are located (see the map below). Typical transit times are one to six days.

 

Freight Charges

Our website should calculate the shipping charges for you. In some cases, the charge may be wrong or not calculated at all for some various reasons. If this happens, we reserve the right to modify these charges when they are not calculated correctly. We will contact you first to make sure you agree of course.


OUTSIDE EU SHIPMENTS: The shipping charge listed on our website is only for shipping. There will be additional import duties and fees which vary and we have no way to calculate these ahead of time. The customer will be responsible for all additional fees for importing these items into your country. We are currently using POŠTA SLOVENIJE for all outside EU shipments. This only applies to outside EU shipments.

 

Delivery

Our items may require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We only sell products to those that are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must purchase and sign for delivery on the item.

We only process orders Monday through Friday. GLS does not count the first day in the estimate. Example: If your order ships out on a Tuesday the first day is Wednesday, the second is Thursday, etc... If you place an order it will most likely ship within 24 - 72 hours. If you place an order after 2pm Central European Time (CET), the earliest your order would ship out would be the next business day.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If there are any delays we will contact you within 48 hours.

GLS does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days. GLS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. GLS does not ship or deliver on Holidays.

The GLS Service Guarantee and delivery time estimate does not apply when delays are due to causes beyond GLS's control, such as the disruption of air or ground transportation networks. Delays can be caused by weather related incidents and there are no refunds on shipping charges if this happens.

1. Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to 34 countries. If your country is not on the list, please contact us on info@paintballeurope.eu.

 

2. When will my order ship?  

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account " link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

3. What are my payment choices?  

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

 

4. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

 

5. Which carrier will ship my order and how do I track it?  

We will send your order with Global Logistics System (GLS). The order is insured and will be monitored until delivery. This guarantees its safe arrival to your home.
